# Set up checkout upsells

> Boost your revenue with strategic checkout upsells

Checkout upsells allow you to present targeted offers to customers at the most critical moment - right before they complete their purchase. This feature can significantly increase your average order value.

## Setup Requirements

To use checkout upsells, you need to add the **Checkout Upsell** app block to your checkout page in the Shopify theme editor.
